Updating or cancelling a subscription through your account

If you wish to cancel or update your subscription, you can do so on our site by changing your account settings in the following way.

Where to find the delete/update section on your Quizalize Account

Firstly, on the homepage, you click on your name in the top hand-right corner. From there, you will see the option to click on ‘account settings.’

This will bring up various options on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll down until you see the option ‘subscription’ which comes under the ‘billing’ section.

Once you have clicked on ‘subscription,’ it will bring you to the page where you can either update or cancel your subscription.

Deleting a subscription

If you are wanting to cancel your premium subscription, simply click on ‘Stop Auto Renewal.’ Even if you decide on this option for the moment, you will have the option to press ‘Renew’ at any time if you wish to start using premium again in the future.

Below the subscription list, you also have ‘your payment methods’ which gives you the option to remove any bank card registered with Quizalize.

Updating your Quizalize subscription

If you are looking to update your subscription, this can also be done from this same page by clicking on ‘edit.’

Pressing ‘edit’ will bring up the box below which tells you which product you are currently subscribed to e.g. yearly or monthly.

You can change the quantity to add members to your Quizalize Premium team. Additionally, if you have been given a coupon from a competition, a promotion or for another reason, this is where you can apply that coupon to receive the discount.

Once you have added the coupon (and pressed ‘validate coupon’), or altered the total number of licenses for your team membership, the new price will be shown in the ‘total’ box as shown below.

To finalise your changes, simply click on ‘save changes’.
